If you are an individual or a sole proprietor investor and dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, please refer your dispute to the SIDREC via the following modes set out below. You may do so within 180 days of receiving the final answer from us or after 90 days from filing the complaint, if there was no response from the Manager.
